WARNING: MY CATALYTIC CONVERTER WAS STOLEN WHILE MY CAR WAS HERE FOR REPAIRS. IT IS NOT SAFE TO LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE OVERNIGHT. My catalytic converter was stolen from here while it was having brake work done. The shop refused to help and it left me with over $2800 in damage. They also installed the brake pad clips backwards and I had to pay another shop $180 to fix their mistake. The response from this business is an outright lie. I did not pay for my repairs over the phone and I did not have my keys placed in a pick up box to be picked up over the weekend.
Matthew, I am sorry to hear that your experience was less than perfect. This event happened almost a year ago, we performed an oil change and front brake repair; work was completed on a Friday. You requested to pick the vehicle up over the weekend while paying over the phone. We locked the vehicle up in front of the shop and put your key in our secure pick-up box. On Monday, the vehicle was still in our parking lot, when you came in and told us that your catalytic converter had been stolen. We looked under the vehicle and verified that it had been sawed off the vehicle. You told us you had a tow truck on the way to take it somewhere else for repairs. Lastly, we were never informed of any issues you had with the brakes, and that we would have remedied any issues under our 36-month 36,000-mile warranty at no out-of-pocket cost to you. Unfortunately, the vehicle was no longer in our control when the theft happened, we appreciate the feedback and will use it to fine-tune our operations! Please feel free to give us a call if you would like to discuss this issue further.
